Summary: We enjoyed a long weekend at this cute little house on the water. The view did not disappoint and yes it's located on a road with traffic. Even still it was a nice stay; the kayaks were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable and most things were provided to make it an easy and welcoming stay. The quaint little town of Stonington is definitely worth a visit.

Summary: Very cute and comfy home, it is close to the road but not much traffic. About an hour from Bar Harbour and Acadia, town of Blue Hill close by and handy. Nice spot for winter vacation, owner very easily reached with questions. Many tourist spots closed starting December 1 but we found enough to do!

Summary: It's Coastal Maine, aka "down east" and about 1 1/2 hours to Acadia National Park....this was in the off season of October. The house is lovely, extremely clean & well appointed with access to beachfront. Awesome firepit. Easygoing email exchanges with owner. Absolutely no complaints

Summary: Four of my friends and I rented this Vrbo house for a long weekend to celebrate our friend who was getting married on Deer Isle. The house was beautiful, with two full bathrooms and a large kitchen. The house was clean and the bedrooms were large and homey. With direct access to the water, this was one of the best stays I’ve ever had and would come back again and again!
